Windsor is proud to announce the successful replacement of an economiser at Synlait’s Dunsandel facility. This upgrade supports Synlait’s future plans to convert the plant to biomass firing without further modifications to the economiser and limiting potential modifications to other equipment.

The project was meticulously planned to carefully decommission and remove the old economiser and seamlessly install the new one into the tight space available. The photo below highlights the precise cut-out in the boilerhouse roof that facilitated this installation.
